In order to get your pet's medical records, send a request to our email lhac@lakehowellanimalclinic.com. For refills on medications and prescription diets, place online orders through www.chewy.com. We will continue to approve medication requests until February 28, 2023 to give our clients enough time to find and establish their pets with a new veterinarian.
